WE FOLLOW A SIMPLE SIX-STEP PROCESS

THE PROCESS:

STEP 1 – MEET YOUR DESIGNER
When you enquire through our consultation calendar, we’ll send a questionnaire for you to fill out. This is a great time to send inspo pics and anything you think we need to know about the style and feel of the room you are doing.   

 

STEP 2 – SEND PHOTOS AND MEASUREMENTS
Once we have understood the look and feel, we need some images of the space and measurements of the room. This way we can make sure the furniture we recommend fits perfectly! If you have never measured a room before then do not fear, we provide a how-to guide within our questionnaire.

STEP 3 – YOUR PERSONAL PORTAL 
When you become a SUKU client, we’ll pop you onto our unique client portal. This is where the entire design process will take place. You’ll be able to communicate with your designer, check up on your design’s progress and view and shop from your final design board.

FROM CONCEPTUALISATION TO REALISATION

STEP 4 – SPATIAL PLANNING 
Once we have all the relevant information, we will create a floorplan showing the furniture layout. We won’t move on until you are completely happy with where everything is going to be placed.

STEP 5 – CONCEPT DESIGN 
Next up we’ll create a ‘concept’ for you. This is our way of showing you where we think the design should go. This can include inspiration images, colour schemes and textures. We will collaborate with you at this stage to make sure you love the end concept before moving on.

 

STEP 6 – VIEW YOUR FINAL DESIGNS, SHOP AND SAVE 
Your bespoke design plan is ready! Your designer has compiled everything you need to create your ideal space, from moodboards to shopping lists and trade discount access. Depending on your package, you also have ongoing support from your designer from 2 weeks, up to 2 months
